Not only does he take the time to inform you about the ins and outs of a apartment, Goran is prompt and detail oriented. I actually found Goran through an trulia listing and once I reached out to view the sought after apartment Goran immediately made sure I was in touch and knew every detail about the neighborhood and the building entirely.
Highly recommended and definitely a person that loves his job and performs it well.

Goran did an amazing job helping me and my roommate find an apartment in NYC. He carefully listened to what we were looking for and lined up over 10 places for us to see. He had a great schedule and had everything mapped out in a logical manner — we weren’t walking all over the city. When it came to putting in an offer, he definitely put our interests first and negotiated the best deal he could for us. He was very friendly throughout the entire process and even after we signed the lease and moved in, he checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our new apartment.

Goran and the Nest Seekers team did a fantastic job. Goran did all the heavy lifting and legwork. I provided him with an initial list of criteria for what I wanted in an apartment. Within a couple of days he had a list of viewings scheduled. After viewing the initial list we reviewed how well the places we saw fit what I wanted and made a few adjustments. From there Goran had a steady stream of places scheduled for viewing and everyone was right on target. I can honestly say there wasn’t one place we visited that was a waste of time. All that was great, but what I liked most was that I couldn’t tell if Goran was looking for a place for himself or for me. He was very detail oriented with every place we visited and had no qualms telling me a particular place may not be a good fit based on what he saw during the viewing. I never felt for a moment he was trying to push a place on me to grab a commission and move on. In the end he found me a place I am thrilled with and the whole process only took about 3 weeks. I don’t think you can go wrong with him as your broker.
