Grandma’s Secrets

I just ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughters 7 th b-​day & both were delicious. I chose Grandmas recipes based on her reviews on Unilocal,& they are 100% correct. I called #lastminutemom, and she was very accommodating to my specifications at same time reassuring me it was everything was going to be fine.
Everyone at my daughters party told me cake wAs delicious. The cupcakes were for her school b/​day party, and the teacher emailed me to compliment cupcake design and the great taste.
I would definitely, place my next cake purchase from Grandmas Bakery.

I absolutely love Grandma’s Secrets. I’ve been a customer for almost 7years. My sister ordered a cake for her baby shower a year later I ordered one for my baby shower and history went from there. I just pre-​ordered my super hero multi tier specialty cake for my son’s 6 birthday coming up in December.

I purchased a Groupon for 2 dozen red velvet cupcakes and free delivery and am glad that I did! I needed the cupcakes delivered to a bar on the Lower East Side and they made the redemption so easy! I wasn’t able to meet the delivery person at the bar but wanted to give them a tip. I contacted Grandma’s Secret about the delivery and told me not to worry about it. That alone showed me that they had good customer service but they weren’t looking for a tip. Oh, and the cupcakes were to die for!

We ordered a cake for a baby shower and also months later for a friend’s 40^th birthday party. The cake she made was just DELISH! Also, she was so creative with how she decorated the baby shower cake with penguins and an igloo. It was very impressive. For the 40^th birthday, my friend wanted a german chocolate cake and she nailed it perfectly. I got so many compliments from very picky cake lovers.

Grandma’s Secrets has the best cupcakes. Seriously. I’m not usually the biggest fan of cupcakes, because the cake part generally isn’t very moist or the icing isn’t quite good enough … but the Grandma’s Secrets’ red velvet cupcake with vanilla frosting that I just ate was so amazing I had to Unilocal about it.

What can I say about a business that gives the very best customer service I have ever experienced? 5 stars just doesn’t seem like quite enough! I am from California and I bought 24 cupcakes through a Groupon. We were not able to meet up as I was staying only a short time and was very busy. I thought all was lost but Regina (the owner) said she would BRING MY CUPCAKES to California when she came for a wedding! Wow. ! Sadly the wedding didn’t happen as is sometimes the case and again I thought all was lost. I recently returned to New York. 8 months later and I called Regina. She was there for me and still honored my Groupon and even delivered the cupcakes to where I was having lunch with a friend. Oh I do so miss the days of good customer service as many of us over 40s do. Grandma’s Secrets goes above and beyond to give their customers what they want and I WANT MORE OF THESE YUMMY CUPCAKES. Perfectly moist cake and chocolatey with a creamy sweet frosting. Yep! I’m a cake lover. The cupcakes made it back to California with me yesterday and today I’m sharing with all my smiling coworkers.
