The worst library I’ve ever experienced in my life. The organization is baffling; you’ll be in one section, turn a corner, and suddenly be in an unrelated category wondering how you got there. Their selection is weird and they are missing important books. Don’t even try and use the search engine – it doesn’t even resemble functional. Online renewal supposedly exists but don’t bother. What would take 15 minutes in another library could take up to an hour here. Beware.

With a 24 hour study area on the first floor and free wi-​fi throughout (even for non-​students) Hale Library has earned a regular spot in the study location rotation. I really enjoy the study carols by the windows and of course there are some large tables as well upon whcih you can spread out. I cant remember ever not being able to get some window space here too.
