DO NOT PARK HERE!
I was a monthly spot customer for over a year. They damaged my car once (scratches). Which they reimbursed me for after getting it fixed.
Then, they crashed my car while parking it!!! Into another car in the garage!!!
Their customer service is nonexistent. «Upper management» doesn’t return phone calls or emails. You’re better off parking on the street.

I tried Gallant parking because they had a summer deal for $ 300/​month. It seemed fine and one of the attendants was great. However, I typically need my car on the weekends and the attendant, Earnest, on duty on the weekends is awful. He constantly sleeps on the job. They ask that you call 30 minutes ahead of time. I always do, but the other day when I called on Friday to pick up the car Saturday morning, he did not have it on the list. He got very angry as he thought I did not call because I disturbed his naptime, even though I showed him on my call logs that I had indeed called the night before.
He went downstairs to get the car, I waited for about 15 minutes and because I was in a hurry went to go see what was taking so long. There I found him asleep in some other car. He said it would be another 20 – 30 minutes and finally brought out the car at his leisure. Unfortunately, we were in verbal altercation and he yelled at me as I was leaving with my car out of the garage.
