I went to Chris of Inner Lite for updated business portraits and the results surpassed my expectations. Chris made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and that is tough for me because I hate to have my picture taken. He really made it a comfortable and fun experience. The pictures came out great and they also do AMAZING touch ups (I had some acne issues that day so this was very important to me). I am very pleased with all of the services provided, and will definitely will be referring family and friends

Chris is my friend’s husband, and when I still lived in NYC, I asked him if he could take some professional photos of me, just for fun. I’ve never felt like I photographed well, but having seen Chris’s work, I wanted to see how they would turn out. They were beautiful! I could not believe it! As an added bonus, Chris has a way of making you FEEL beautiful and putting you at ease. Having photographs taken of yourself, at least for me, can make one feel vulnerable and self-​conscious, but not with Chris. If you’re considering professional photos, for whatever occasion, call Chris! You won’t regret it!

My business partner and I had our head shots done by Chris the owner of Inner Lite Photography. Chris was great to deal with from initially working with his front office to the shoot and the editing process. Chris makes you feel at ease and even made the two of us look good! He really knows what he is doing — truly a professional. The studio is a relaxed environment and the product is first class. I would recommend Chris and the quality of his work. Our firm will have future requirements for photography and we will surely use Chris and Inner Lite.

I wanted some good photos to use on internet dating sites. You would want photos to capture you on your best day in your best light. The photographer came to my house and took loads of pics of me just in my environment, and he brought a light which was selected for my skin tone. My biggest challenge was posing (I’m self-​conscious), but he made it easy. Without that aspect it never would have worked. I put the pictures on my dating website and responses surged.

I have always wanted to have boudoir photos taken and I was pleased to find out that Inner Lite provided just what I craved right here in the city. I felt comfortable to be myself during the session which made for very tasteful and gorgeous photographs. I’d love to do it again!

I just used Inner Lite Photography for a «boudoir» shoot that I got as a deal on Facebook. I was looking for a fun, sexy, tasteful present for my man’s birthday and I am so glad I stepped out of my usual comfort zone and had Chris take these photos. I’m normally quite shy and not too comfortable showing much skin but Chris was completely professional and patient and even helped me relax just talking. The shots came out amazing and my man said that this was the best birthday present ever! I seriously recommend Chris to anyone looking for professional shots from a warm and friendly photographer.

My daughter’s big wish for her 21st birthday was to have a party in NYC. Her 2nd wish was to have boudoir shots taken so I figured we’d do both. Chris was the first person we called/​interviewed prior to our trip to NYC and we went with him — it just felt right. Chris was very warm, yet professional. The session went so smoothly. He made my daughter (who happens to also be an artist and photographer) feel very comfortable and natural. Just a delightful experience! We are thrilled with the photos. My partner and I were in Manhattan recently for a month, and we thought it would be swell to have a real «New York photographer» do a studio portrait for our 15th anniversary. We found Chris on Unilocal and really liked what we saw at his website, so much so that we contacted him to do a «shoot,» which not only was professionally executed but also relaxing and fun. The results were just as great as the process of sitting. Made this old man look much less decrepit. Reasonable prices for the N.Y. «touch.» Endorse Chris enthusiastically as the expert photographer he is. Unqualified recommendation here.
