Horrible experience with someone named Mickey?! Kinda seemed like she was the store manager but she didn’t know anything and was very rude and distracted. Won’t be going in there again.

Super unfriendly staff there. Walked in on two separate occasions recently. The first time, the sales people were so wrapped up in a personal conversation with a friend of theirs that it seemed that my daring to walk into the store was a big imposition. It was 645 in the evening and they were closing up-​looking at their watches, heaving heavy sighs as I continued to browse. I could barely get the gentleman to try to find a size for me. I bought a bunch of things. I then returned to the store — both sales people (same guy, different girl) looked up at me then looked away. Did not even say hello. And were not happy about me returning items. Ridiculous. Will order on line from now on.

I have never been to the store, but I do have a bone to pick with the company regarding the quality of their shoes. I have owned 3 different pairs of Jack Rogers wedges, and ALL THREE have broken within just a few days of buying them. The company is not very helpful at all when it comes to replacing them either. The customer services representatives on the phone are quite frankly very rude. They should be able to stand behind the quality of their product. Very disappointing!

My Mom REALLY wanted to stop in here and try on some Navajos and see what else they carried. The shop is really cute, a nice boutique space, but nothing huge. They had a great selection of Jack Rogers shoes– not just the standard sandal. Mom tried on several styles, in multiple sizes. She wears between a 7 – 8.5, depending on the shoe and manufacturer.
The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful to answer lots of questions. Since we were from out of town the clerk offered to ship Mom’s purchase home, so she wouldn’t have to worry about flying home with all those extra shoes. The shop had some cute clothing– lots of resort type wear. Overall we had a good experience here, and would go back.

This store opened in March some time I believe and I’ve been wanting a pair of the navajo flats in platinum. I never know where to find them other than random boutique, so I was delighted to find out they had a flagship store! I can definitely find my shoes there!
I went up town one day seeking shoes, I get there and the sales man tells me they don’t have the platinum flats in an 8.5 or a 9, but would I like to try another color to see what size I was, I said yes. Then he told me they didn’t have any sizes between 7 — 10 in any color in any style, but they would be getting a shipment next week.
… next week
Ok so back again. Well long story short, no shoes yet. They should be coming in at the end of the week.
So I left again and headed back home. But on my way home I walked past a store at 1482 3^rd Ave that had my shoes in my color and size! Yeay so I got the shoes but not from Jack Rogers.
The Jack Rogers store is a nice store with lots of pretty shoes and some really cute dresses, but they’re out of sizes until the end of the week supposedly.
