Jessica was the co-​broker for my new apartment. I have been very excited about getting my first apt on my own. I walked into the signing and she was dressed as if she had just rolled out of bed. I was giving her a lot of money and the least she could have done was gotten dressed and look like showered. When she found out where I worked she talked very negative about it. Then when it came to me getting the keys to the apartment she was so rude. I went to her office to pick up the keys and she only left the front door key. Then instead of making sure I was all set with getting the apt keys she told me to call the super to get them. There was a mixup and then when I called her she hung up on me and told me she didn’t have time to deal with this. The crazy thing is that she has barely spoken to me because she was the co-​broker. Once she has my money she was completely unprofessional and unpleasant. She has tainted what was otherwise a great process.
