Searching for a personal trainer? Look no further; Josue is the guy you want! I’ve worked with him over these last few years and can’t imagine ever working with anyone else. Never boring or mundane, Josue keeps it interesting by continually changing your workout. I’m always thinking while on my way to see him, «What will he challenge me with today» He has the ability to brilliantly mix interesting challenges with fun, focused programs tailored to each person that bring you to your desired goal.
I’ve also worked with Josue in a «Boot Camp» group setting. «One On One» is always my choice but to experience group workouts with Josue don’t disappoint either. He manages to keep you focused and push you further while creating an all inclusive atmosphere; no back of class hiding here!
He is also a nutritionist and works with your diet so you achieve maximum results from all the hard work you’re doing!!!
