Julias Diamonds New York

My husband bought me some earrings for Christmas 2013 from Julia’s Diamonds, thru an eBay auction they listed. The earrings were to be 1.05 ctw diamonds with S1 Clarity, and F Color for $ 579.00. While I love the earrings, we thought they were cloudier and smaller than expected so we took them to a local jeweler. We learned that they are really .80 ctw, I3 clarity, and G-​H color.
We filed and won a paypal dispute but decided not to return them since we could not purchase earrings, even with the lesser specifications, at the same price. We left negative feedback related to the transaction on eBay, since what we received was not as promised.
On Jan 7, my husband received a phone call from someone at Julia’s Diamonds offering him a $ 50 refund in exchange for removing the bad feedback. Needless to say, we did not remove the feedback and won’t buy from this seller again.
