This was one of the worst possible places to take your animal. We had an emergency with our baby. Being 14 years old and a diabetic, we understood that she may not make it through the night. We wanted to ease her pain and so we brought her to this clinic. Upon being promised that we could go back with them and stand at the window, we agreed to pay the $ 117 required before they would even see Angel. But after paying, the vet changed her mind and refused to let us be with Angel. We then asked for our money back and our dog and at first they refused to give us either back! How could people treat people this way when they are heartbroken over a dying dog. They should be ashamed. We understand policy, but they should have never agreed in the first place. Thank god there are other emergency options in Manhattan. I would NOT take your animal here!

This is the place to go when you need serious emergency care for a pet. Our mini schnauzer was very sick last year but they got her better again and were excellent communicators throughout the whole process.

I brought my cat here, desperately hoping to find a way to make him better. He had a blood clot over his hips (saddleback thrombosis) and unfortunately he had to be put down. The care that he received was amazing and our veterinarian was the best I’ve ever come in contact with. She was straightforward and supportive through the entire situation.
This place is training future veterinarians to be productive and successful members of the animal healthcare field — I’ll always recommend this hospital to friends and family for their loved ones.
