I ordered takeout from this place and it arrived fairly fast. It is Bibimbap in roll form.
The roll has bellflower root, soybean sprout, onion, zucchini, carrot, shittake mushroom, spinach, garlic, burdock and white rice wrapped in a flat sheet of dried seaweed with your choice of protein. It is served with soy bean sprout soup, pickled radish, edamame, and three different homemade dipping sauces: hot sauce, yellow Korea wasabi and soy sauce.
I got the beef one but it was overcooked and was a bit tough to chew. I liked the korean wasabi and soy sauce with the roll.
