I could have done a better job myself using prewash and an iron at my apartment. My stains were not taken out and they didn’t even fold my pants properly. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.

This is the worst place in the world. They have screwed up every piece of clothing I ever brought in, shrunk all my sweaters and ruined other stuff. They have no idea how to dry clean or wash and dry, clearly. HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRY THEM all your clothes will get ruined!

If your business is dry cleaning, you should know how to press a shirt properly. I now have many shirts with extra pressed in wrinkles. I could have done that. Thanks.

Seriously, how many times would I have to bring a shirt back to get a simple task done? I find that they emphasis on speed (which is great), but the work becomes too careless! It’s quite frustrating. I just moved into the neighborhood and I rather walk a few blocks further to get reliable and professional service.
