Well I was with a flat tire.
I saw this station and stop to repair my tire.
I read a sign in an entrance saying tire repaired.
So I get in only to find it was a parking place.
This guy approaches yelling to me.
Tell the problem and just to said it wasn’t a tire shop.
So I tell to remove such sign.
Had to leave this place is a mass!

Never, ever in my life have I met a gas station attendant too lazy to walk around to the driver side! Now I have.
Never ever have I met a gas station attendant who put in the wrong amount of gas either.
«10 dollars of regular» (handing a twenty)
«20 dollars?»
«No, ten»
Yup, twenty dollars put in my car while I wasnt looking.
Would rather run out of gas and call AAA than go here again.

One star because it’s there and there are few and far between. Often the highest price in Manhattan. Also, if the gas jockey tells you that there is a nail in your tire and it needs repair, it’s because they put it there.

Have a moped. Gave them $ 4 and filled up tank for $ 3.60. I was told they don’t have change. Rip off.

I am so Glad Riza was able to help me and fix my tire. In the middle of this annoying weather my ray of sunshine was Riza!

The WORST gas station of all the stations I’ve been to in Manhattan over the past 25 years. Because their prices are highway robbery, I’ve avoided this place like the plague. But when I borrowed a friend’s car in the neighborhood and he warned it was below empty, I went here to just get $ 10 to get me across town. They were incredibly rude and acted as if they should not be expected to even have a squeegee and cleaner, much less actually clean the windshield. When I asked, «You are a full-​service gas station that owns no squeegees?» They said «you just need to wash your car.» (It had been snowing and lots of grime and salt were all over the windshield, windows, etc.) These guys are patronizing, rude, and act as if they’re doing you a favor. After leaving, I then drove across town where the employees were at least decent, and finished filling up the tank for 40 cents a gallon less. Buyer beware!

Look for it They pumped my gas but that was it

Filler up right off the 96^th street exit off the west side highway. Each gas pump is in its on garage stall. Tell them to filler up up and don’t mind them if they are rude, they pump gas on the upper west side. Gas is pricier here, and though I didn’t encounter a line of cars, I’m sure the queue can get bad. It’s also dangerous because you have to back out into the street when you exit.

We wanted to pump a little gas to last us till our return of our rental car to Hoboken. We drove in and we weren’t allowed to self-​pump. Why?! We’re not even in NJ! The guy who served us went, «WHAT?!» *jaw drops* «why did you even come here!» He proceeds to pump the gas and left very disgusted. Guess what you Mobil guy? We left equally disgusted.

Ok, it’s hard to imagine a gas station getting 5 stars unless they offered free cappuccino or something. But this is one of those few remaining scary businesses that reminds me of the rough years of decay in NYC.
First off there is no self serve.
But the main problem is the almost violently surly staff. Upon my asking «Can I have five dollars of the 87», this guy just yells «Five dollars NO!» He just walked away and started pumping gas for someone else. When I shouted «Why not», he yelled «Ten dollar minimum!»
I’m wondering if this is even legal? In any case, this is hardly a classy spot to do business. At 110^th and Central Park, there is a decent BP. (Talk about oxymoron!)
