I was in desperate need for a new phone since my old traditional cell phone finally conked out on me this week. I wanted to get a Samsung Galaxy S series phone but this place and the one in my neighborhood didn’t have them in the store. Hocheol showed me the LG Volt 2, which looks pretty similar to a Samsung Galaxy S phone. I decided that would be a good buy. Next up– which plan. I know all included unlimited talk and text but it was the data plan I was concern. He said the $ 45 plan is what most customers find adequate so I went with that. The phone itself was free but there is an activation fee of $ 35. Since I was trying to keep my number that I’ve had since 2000, it took a little bit for Boost and T-mobile to transfer the number. I asked about insurance but he said since the phone was free I shouldn’t need it but I can always add insurance later. His co-worker Simon was also pretty helpful when I asked questions. I left there happy that I had a working phone now for what seems a great bargain.

Beware. I would make sure you check the plans before signing up with them. They feed you gibberish and rip u off. In town for a month from overseas, I had decided to get a monthly plan. They gave me some weird calling plan which I had to change after finding out they completely overcharged while lying to my face. I confronted them about the overcharged plan plus false data information. They claim it was a misunderstanding. Yes. I was able to change my plan to a reputable company. However, they charged me $ 50 for a $ 35 plan. Plus $ 25 for a $ 15SIM card. And lied about GB. It’s very disappointing that they would do this.

Cracked your IPhone screen? This is the place to go. $ 129.00 compared to most who ask $ 160-$ 200. It only took 30 minutes to replace the glass and they extend you a 30 day warranty. On 32nd St, street level, between 5th and 6th. Lots of good snacks, close by, while you wait! Really nice guys.
