Restaurant smells like a fart, not a lot of variety on the menu. Service was great, everything is priced reasonably and my mimosa was yummy.

I really liked this place it has some nice sized tvs but is more bright and clean than most sports bars. They have an out door area and brunch as well. Our food came out pretty quickly, though it was a Sunday so i’m not sure how it is when they’re busy.

A nice place to grab a bit for lunch. A lot of sandwiches on the menu as well a flat bread pizza and panini. The service was good. Outdoor seating for a nice day. The portions were pretty good for the price. Bathrooms were clean.

Mr. K’s is a neighborhood joint. It was recently renovated so there are nice floors. The place has a bar, booths, tables, and outside seating including fire pits. It is open for weekend brunches, lunch and dinner. I have been here three times and it is fine. To be honest, I find the food very boring — it is salads, sandwiches, paninis, and soups. There are only 4 appetizers on the menu. I guess it is basic, but the food does come out fast and hot so that is good. We came for brunch once and the guys seemed pleased with their enormous bloody marys and other brunch booze. The servers are very nice and efficient, and it is a decent place to watch sports(like the full house last night to watch the Royals). The best part about the place is the décor — the walls are covered in K-State historical pictures, articles, posters, and other cool things that keep customers examining all of the interesting information and pictures on every corner. Also, the dessert(cookie bake) is awesome — cookie heated in a crock topped with ice cream.

This review is for the Sunday brunch option, the bloody mary’s, mimosas and pints are all served cold. I was surprised to find this little gem on the West side of town as a breakfast option and it is great for avoiding the long lines at the more traditional spots downtown. The breakfast selections range from Monkey Bread(sugar, sweet cinnamon baked bread), bagel sandwiches, and traditional eggs and bacon, which were all hot and delicious. I’ll unquestionably be back and will recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good brunch option in town.

The kids working there look and act like they just want to go home. The kitchen used to make good food but a few months ago something happened and everything went down in quality.

Pretty good service and food. The décor really makes this place worth going to– it is K-State nirvana! The prices were very reasonable and the food came out fast. It is small so expect a wait for busier times. I would definitely go back and even recommend it to others.

Very nice little place on the west side of town. The lobster cheese dip is fantastic! However by far the best things on their menu are the flatbreads… service is average.

Food was good, could have been better. Mediocre place at best. The K State memorabilia is what really gives this place it’s feel. Waitresses are nice enough, but there wasn’t anything that really made the place stand out from other places I could be eating at in Manhattan. Location not very much of a convenience. Definitely small inside, don’t recommend it for large parties or for kids. Did I like it? Yes. Would I go again? Probably not.

This place had surprisingly fresh bar food. I went for a lunch and had a half club and a cranberry chicken spinach salad. Hubby had a roast beef sandwich on a really good pretzel bun. Staff was nice and attentive. We will definitely be going back to try the peach mojito!

My husband and I had lunch at Mr. K’s today. The service was very quick, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed lunch hour. I had the taco special and my husband had a bacon cheese burger… the food was awesome! And everyone is really friendly! I look forward to going back soon!
