Could not ask for a better cleaning service! Always so impressed when I come home… beds are remade, kitchen and bathroom are pristine… apartment looks and smells brand new! I’ve had many other cleaning services in the past, but I have never had someone has good as Neva. Have recommended Neva time and time again to friends and anyone else who needs a cleaning lady. You won’t be disappointed!

Update — had very good and patient response by manager and have now been able to see a great improvement in my cleaner (I’m very happy so far) and had a very patient manager deal with my situation. Please give them a try !

This is the best cleaning service in New York City by far. I encourage anyone who wants a great house cleaning service this is the # 1 place I come to over and over again. I can sit back and relax in my home while these workers do a great job.

I’ve been using Neva on & off for the past one & a half years. They adjust their schedule to accommodate me, they came on time, they cleaned my apartment so beautifully I always so impressed. They were very personable and left the place with everything where it should be.
They are the best cleaners and organizers I have ever had, not to mentioned friendly people!
Their cleaning was extremely thorough.
They a small «privately-​owned» business which is immediately more desirable than a large company with numerous employees. I will continue using them.
Without a doubt –give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I use NEVA every month, sometimes twice a month. They are punctual and are always game for special projects. like organizing my closet. Very honest and reliable. Also, the price is very good since you can have them come for variable times and pay accordingly.
