ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I received 3 discounted coupons for their service. The first time I finally booked them, but it took multiple emails and phone calls just to get an initial answer. After it was finally booked, I WAS very satisfied with the person that came over.
2 months later, which was a couple of weeks ago, I went through exactly the same frustrations in getting even an initial email response. The same lame excuse too that they had website problems. Finally I was able to book the service for today, BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT! I emailed them asking what was going on but didn’t even get a response.
I was able to receive a full refund from Amazon Local. But they should not be in business!!!
