Service from JFK to Manhattan was fantastic. My group’s flight was delayed by two hours due to a storm, but the driver was very nice and waited patiently. We booked the Chrysler 300C stretch and both inside and out was clean.
Also, the bar included a fine assortment of glassware, sodas, and half a decanter of what tasted like Disaronno. Not bad!
Overall, the level of service for the price was impressive and I look forward to using them again.

Booked the Ford Expedition Stretch. Was disappointed to discover that you cannot view a DVD simultaneously with listening to music. You must choose. Also, there were NO ipod hook-​ups, so luckily I had CDs with me. The CD player did not function well, as the music kept stopping. I expect that the bells & whistles should WORK in the vehicle that I rent. The driver was nice, courteous and on time.
