One Columbus is a great place to live! My time here has been amazing ever since I first stepped through the doors nearly 2 years ago. Sara & Alex from the leasing office are the most helpful agents, who bent over backwards while helping me find a new home. Sara showed me every apartment available & the amenities numerous times (because of course you have to see the gym on 5 different occasions ;) and each time with a smile on her face and never rushing me. Their efficiency helped me find my dream home! The rest of the building staff is great too! Brodsky is a good landlord to have.

One Columbus Place and Brodsky are wonderful!
I loved everything from the leasing agents, Alex and Sara to the doormen and the location. The building is clean, and safe and any repairs are done very quickly.
I am moving into another Brodsky building that is closer to my work but I will miss the team at One Columbus Place!
