Patrick is an excellent trainer. He conveyed a genuine interest in my fitness goals and went that extra mile to ensure that I achieved them. I highly recommend him as he patient, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about personal training. I look forward to working out with him again in the future.

Patrick is the most involved, patient, and instructive trainer I have experienced, or seen for that matter. I signed up for a single hour session with him and received an additional 45 minutes simply because he wanted to show me more. His workout philosophies are simple, effective, and sound and he has completely revolutionized the way I will train in the future. He knows what works and will build good habits on top of your day-​to-​day training. He is also a great guy who will check in on you just to say hi and see how you are doing. Highly, highly recommended.

Patrick is an excellent trainer, well versed in both fitness and nutrition. His work outs were both challenging and fun, which was exactly what I needed to get back into working out after a hiatus. Patrick is a pleasure to work with, when I wasn’t groaning from the work out, I was laughing at his jokes. Hope to work out with him again soon!

Trained with Patrick for 9 months, until we both moved gyms. In that time he took me from weight room novice to feeling like I own the gym. He’s great at motivation and giving you one of the best, most grueling workouts ever. When I started training we built muscle and he taught me correct technique, after six months we moved to trimming down and non-​stop, action packed, heart thumping, exercises. I would recommend him for anyone that really wants build themselves up, learn to own the gym and push themselves physically.

Patrick is a superb trainer. He trains me and my son and I value his patient approach. He’s not only knowledgable about personal weight training; he also tells you lots about nutrition, getting enough sleep, etc… He gives you his full attention
