Worst customer service/​experience ever. Called the number listed and got a «ayup» I ask «is this the locksmith??» «yup.» So I told them I needed a deadbolt redone but I only had until a certain time before I was leaving the house and if that’d work. The guy assured me he’d be done in an hour. An hour and a half goes by and I finally get a cal l saying he won’t be able to make it. WELL I ASKED YOU BEFORE IF YOU COULD MAKE THE TIMELINE. So he wasted my time. Rude and inefficient service (no service).
