PLEASE READ ANS SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HEADACHE!
I booked this hotel through Expedia and thought it was a great deal. I checked in, went to my room only to find rat feces all over the bed and counters. When I attempted to call the front desk, I found that more feces covered the phone.
I was in the room for less than 60 seconds before making my way back to the front desk to demand my money back. The manager was unprofessional and not very helpful. After 15 min of demanding she refund my money, I finally got a cancelled receipt. I then Immediately contacted Expedia verifying the cancellation with a digital receipt.
We moved onto the Hilton Garderns. Highly recommended because you get what you pay for there and luckily for us a room became available.
THE WORST PART…
A month later I was charged for the hotel room! A room I never stayed in and the worst part is, I was living in another state when they recharged me for a room I had never set foot in. When I contacted the hotel I spoke with «Bob Bottles» (a gentleman [I think], with a foreign accent) and was hung up on. He would not answer when I called back. Over the next 24 hours I was mysteriously disconnected with whomever I spoke when disputing the unlawful charge.
This place is disgusting, unsafe, and criminal.
