from my personal experience as someone who rode with 3 other bus companies, REYN OR SHYNE is as good as it gets. They do what every other bus company claims they do but fail to !!! thanks to them i am able to keep my husband and child connected without the fear of having to worry about taking my son on a dis-pleasurable ride, just as i had to prior to riding with them. i have never had any incidents that i can speak of. im sure there are times when things that are beyond their control happens but they go above and beyond to ramify the situation. from the ride to the service, i have no negative to speak of. try finding another bus company where you dont have to pay an arm and a leg for or even one where you are treated like someones loved one just looking to get their safely, and i can assure you all other companies will always fall short !!!
