Wow! Hands down the best skincare treatment I’ve ever received. Samantha is absolutely lovely & really makes you feel that you’re in good hands. The facial is wonderfully relaxing and comforting. The extractions are, of course, on the painful side but I really appreciated how thorough she was about it. I was also glad to see that she didn’t try to sell me expensive products and didn’t try to corner me into setting up my next 5 facials with her, as some spas do. Instead, Samantha showed a real sense of empathy for my skin issues and a true interest in helping me get my skin back to a balanced, more healthy state. I’m really grateful for having found Samantha Roberts on Unilocal and look forward to seeing her again. Highly recommended!

I am SO happy to have found Samantha Roberts! I scheduled an appointment with her and hoped to simply have a great facial but the moment I walked into her treatment room I felt a feeling of relaxation come over me. The softly scented candles, the hum of the music and the comfy massage chair (along with an exceptionally soft blanket!!) was JUST what I needed. It felt like I was no longer in NYC, I was some place farrrr away. Once my treatment started, Samantha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her beautiful spirit, her positive energy is incredibly infectious. My treatment was more than your standard facial, it felt very therapeutic. When my treatment was over and I was ready to tackle reality again. I left with such a sense of relief, I felt restored and renewed BUT with clean pores and dewy skin that was as soft as a baby’s butt!

I was in NYC recently on holiday, and needed to have a milia removed. As a guy, I have no sweet clue about anything to do with my skin, so as far as I knew, this could be a day surgery. After doing some googling/​yelping I discovered Samantha Roberts, and thought I would give her a call. Best decision ever.
I called her and made an appointment for later that day. When I arrived, she gave me two options: 1) to simply remove that milia, or 2) try a full facial, and remove the milia along the way. Having never had a facial before, I figured why not? I am on vacation after all.
After over an hour later, i discovered two key things:
1) Holy hell — why haven’t I had a facial before? Amazing.
2) I am a giant wimp — the «extraction» element of the facial had me curling my toes and asking questions like «whats a blackhead?». Yikes!
My only concern: Samantha may have ruined any future facials I receive, by setting the benchmark too high.

almost five years ago and I am sooo happy I did. She has miracle hands and she is literally the only one who can tame my skin. She does not mind spending extra time making sure she gets every single extraction done. That personal, one-​on-​one customized service is what has kept me coming back for years and what drove me to recommend her to my mother and friends. No one has gone to her and been disappointed. She knows her stuff and takes the time to really study your skin and figure out what’s really going on. I have had other facials from Bliss or Aveda but all their treatments are cookie cutter, standard treatments and none are customized to address unique skin issues for every person.
She is really accomodating and will take an appointment in the last minute, if necessary and she’s extremely professional. I love going to her! And her prices are very reasonable. Go now!
