Kira was my agent. I ultimately didn’t end up renting through her, but only because I found an apartment through other means.
I am really impressed with Kira. I was moving from CA to NYC and had limited to in which to find an apartment. I contacted KIra who set up two half days of apartment viewings for me.
She excels in two key areas: professionalism and hustle. On the professionalism front, she would send me an email the night before with full details about the next day’s schedule, including locations, amenities and pricing. This is highly appreciated.
On the hustle front, she went above and beyond to make sure that my time was well used. When one of the units on that day’s schedule got rented, she hustled to find a different, new unit to check out in that time slot.
If I need a broker again in NYC, you better believe I’ll contact Kira. I would highly recommend her.

What a fantastic experience I’ve had with the Skygroup team. Searching for an apartment in NYC can be a harrowing and demoralising experience, but my fantastic broker, Kira, was encouraging the entire time and had a plethora of apartments at her finger tips. I never felt pushed or browbeaten when something wasn’t quite right — something that has seemed almost standard with some companies, especially when it comes to budget. Rather, she asked all of the questions I forgot about in the excitement of the moment until she eventually found a home that was the epitome of everything I’d originally requested or subsequently hemmed and hawed about in other viewings.
