Soho Laundry Cleaner

I wrote a review previously however it doesnt seem to have posted for some reason… lets re-​write. I live opposite this laundry place, therefore used frequently as my building does not have laundry. I noticed items of clothing going missing (a top, etc), therefore being a little OCD about my clothes would make sure everything was returned. One time I put i two pairs of Zara pants and got one back therefore went back to ask what had happened. I was told that I must never have put them in, no one even attempted to look for them, and the service was downright abysmal. Basically I would NEVER use this place again. They made out that it was completely my fault when either someone damaged, stole or lost my property while under their possession. The fact that they made absolutely no attempt to even look around the shop for the lost item was the worst part. They need to do a serious customer service overhaul and actually take responsibility for their actions. My roommate had already told me NOT TO USE them as she had a similar incident (but I used them as they were so close). Also one day when i was in the store before this incident, someone came in with the exact same issue, was told the item was not there, and his response was ‘oh I can see it, its hanging up over there’ to which they returned the item. Bottom line, if you cant keep track of what belongs to a customer you should not be running this type of business. I would give this place negative stars if I could… Save yourself the money of having to re-​purchase clothes which you handed in here, and use L&N up the street (much better place).
