I’ve only taken the «Glutes Gone Wild» class here, and it is fantastic. I’m currently in PT for a nagging running injury and this class is forcing me to strengthen my glutes and hips through resistance band exercises and circuit workouts that can involve lunges, squats, TRX. I’m enjoying the classes so far and Shanna is nice. The classes have ranged from 3 – 6 people so it’s an intimate environment. There are lockers with 4 digit combos you can punch in, so no need to bring a lock. I bring my own water bottle, and I think they do sell water/​protein shakes. Thanks, SPF, for getting my rear into gear! (literally).

This studio is on my normal list of monthly «go-to’s» via Classpass, and one of my favorites. The studio is small so there’s really a «personal training» kind of vibe. Most of the classes that I have been to have between 2 – 4 people so there is a lot of personal attention provided by the instructors. Speaking of instructors, I really enjoy Amanda Edeli’s classes. Even though it is common for the afternoon classes to lack energy from the clients (mid-​day slump), Amanda is encouraging, fun and very attentive. I would definitely recommend Structure Personal Fitness.

I have been training at Structure Personal Fitness since it opened its doors in March of 2013.
During that time I have had the opportunity to participate in Small Group Fitness Training with Kevin, Mary & Hector. Each trainer brings something unique to the table. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and creates the different workouts on a monthly basis to be executed by the team. He is constantly tweaking and varying the workouts to ensure each of the clients are getting what they need and achieving optimal results. Mary is a certified yoga instructor that teaches class at the studio at 11am on Friday’s. Mary’s Yoga classes are just what I need after a long week, allowing me to clear my mind for an hour and focus on my practice. She brings a sense of calm to the studio that is appreciated by all that attend. Then there is Hector, Hector has been great about pushing my limits and getting me to do more than I ever thought capable. In the past months, I have significantly reduced body fat, increased strength and flexibility and have done far more than I ever thought I was capable of. There hasn’t been a day that I have a walked out of there without a smile on my face and a feeling of accomplishment. Congrats SPF. Well done.

Coming from a commercial gym, I have to say I love the small group sessions and the individual attention given by staff. Not only do they help you in the studio but the trainers are available by email to answer nutrition or supplement questions. The staff is very good at their craft and full of energy. The best part is that the trainers work with you on individual programs for your specific needs, instead of cookie cutter programs that most commercial gym trainers give you. The programs put emphasis on strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness as opposed to just boring old cardio.
If you’re looking to get into shape this place should be at the top of list of options.

Training staff is very experienced and professional. The exercises are constantly changing and never get stale. I like that the trainers are always correcting one’s form and ensuring the exercises are done properly.
