I stopped in here last week after a long time (my Columbia housing is right next door) and noticed the service staff was different. I don’t expect much from a fast food chain so was surprised to see that the service (friendlier and faster) was way better and the food quality improved. The store was also being renovated so I had to ask the manager and it seems there is new management that has taken over!!!
They even gave me a free cookie with my coffee (good excuse to eat some sweets)
They are also installing WiFi by the end of the month
Amazing what new management can do for a store that before was just ehhhh.

It’s a pretty sub-standard subway. The guy working here was very nice, but they don’t have anywhere close to the amount of choices that a full subway would have. They have most of the standard options. I didn’t get overcharged or anything like that, but the sandwich wasn’t fantastic by any means. Still, the service warrants a 2.5 star review, I think.

I usually catch myself in endless hustles and bustles, so I thought of stopping by this Subway before getting on the subway — speedy and satisfactory service? Me no think so … and it’s interesting how I just signed up on Unilocal just to write a review about this Subway, but I sincerely hope the store manager there sees this and learn how to run a good business.
Here are some highlights:
1. 5+ minute wait, even when NOBODY is on the line.
2. No free cup for water
3. No free plastic fork or knife provided (BYOF? BYOK?)
4. Horrible service quality (I went there, the manager thought I over-stuffed my sandwich, so he yelled at me to not to do it for next time)

This is the worst i repeat THE WORSE subway ever they over charge and are cheap theyre sanwiches are so thin you would think is an empty bread the employees are rude and slow they have a soda fountain but u have to pay 50cent to refill i order a «footlong» and with provolone cheese and he literally only tryed to put 2 slices of cheese i had to complain and he tryed to charge me more for it i wouldnt recommend this subway to noone theres another subway near by in amsterdam corner of 135^th street is way better and cheaper prices and good service ill preffer that one anytime. Im writing a review on every review website i kno about this horrible place
