Mark was extremely helpful with an inspection when I first purchased my home. He was available for followup questions, very informative and courteous.
After the contractor was done, I had some followup questions about some issues and Mark was a great 3rd party to ask questions about issues I was having.

Mark was excellent for my home inspection. He found moisture in the basement and a water leak that the seller agreed to fix. Home had been previously inspected for a buyer who fell through a week earlier. Real estate agent was trying to get me to buy a copy of the other inspector’s report, which reportedly showed no issues, but I decided to have Mark inspect it. Glad I did or I’d be movong into a home with a wet basement. Mark also inspected a home for me previously… he found so many issues with it that I didn’t end up buying it. Highly recommended. Professional and on time.

I had Mark Bendit inspect a house before purchase. He was very professional, and friendly. He went through the house and explained to me some of the problem areas of the house, pointing out so I can see for myself so I can understand what he was looking at, and he explained to me approximate costs of repairs.
The report was quickly sent to me and was quite detailed, including a cost report at the end.
In all, it was a good experience, and I would use Superior Home Inspections again, and would recommend Superior Home Inspections.
