I had the most pleasant experience at this location. The counter person Rog was pleasant & the food was Freshly Prepared & Absolutely Delicious! Most impressive was that the staff maintained the tables & even came over to see how everything was. SUPERIORSERVICE I highly recommend this Taco Bell for a FASTFOODFINEDININGEXPERIENCE.

When you are in search of authentic Mexican cuisine, look no further than Taco Bell in East Harlem. As a white American, it is a real treasure to have delicious Mexican cuisine with real New York Dominicans serving you. Slap me with your greasy chalupa and fill me with your sour cream filled crunch wrap supreme any day, Taco Bell. Sincerely, Staci

This Taco Bell needs improvement I’ve been there several times 1 x they were out of sour cream another time out of cups worst is they are serving their food cold and if you order chicken as a replacement beware you pay 2 dollars extra yet they skimp on the meat unlike any Taco Bell I have been to if you want warm tacos meat and a taco not smothered with sour cream avoid this place compare to 106 street where they know how to make a taco how simple could it be train your staff order supplies clean up and put some meat in the taco!!!

Don’t know what the fuss is about, the place is renovated and I place my order and it quickly came out. What else do you expect from a Taco Bell?

Disgusting! This Tacobell is ALWAYS dirty! From outside to the kitchen! You know what’s the dirtiest? The manager or supervisor in charge. Every time I go in there the same guy is in charge, hitting on me!!!

I am a Taco Bell fiend normally in the Suburbs but for this place always misses the mark. They are always out of the sauces(99% of why we even eat there) and the soda machines are always empty. Food orders are always shotty at best.

I’ve visited this Taco Bell a few times. The consistent issue I have is that either the cook or the cashier can never fully follow my order. I’m a vegetarian and although I clarify multiple times during my order that I want beans and not beef in my order — 3 out of 5 times they’ve done it wrong anyway. Worse off, upon trying to fix it — they’ll get it wrong again! When they finally get the order right, the food is fine. But between the hassle and time wasted, this Taco Bell definitely could use improvement

I was already skeptical that the neighborhood was having a Taco Bell open up. It didn’t seen to fit when surrounded by ABV and Judy’s but okay I decided to take a chance and try it. When I walked up the Taco Bell it was very modern and sleek looking. The décor translated to inside of TB and the place was very clean. Always a plus at a fast food joint. I had no idea what to order so I took my time scanning the menu. Boy is it me or is TB more expensive than before? Anyway, the female cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu. She answered my questions of what items were in what burritos and such. I finally decided on a bean and cheese burrito. I only got one thing because I wanted to see if the food was good before I indulged with more items on the menu. Boy was that a good idea! I got home(down the block), opened my burrito and noticed that it was not hot. I thought that it was just me being picky until I unwrapped my burrito to put in salsa verde and saw that the beans were room temperature at best and the shredded cheese was not melted at all. I ended up putting my burrito in my microwave for a minute to heat it up. Disappointed was I to say the least. The luke warm burrito killed my vibe and has convinced me not to really eat Taco Bell in the future.

I love Taco Bell and I frequent this location often(read: 3x a week). Great customer service, just wish they had they more people working in the back. I hate waiting for FAST food. This is NYC, ain’t got time for that.

First order… taco pizza with no meat… I say no meat please. Order comes in with meat. The cashier says, «oh thought you said no beans…» No problem, I give that order to a friend and make another order. Order 2… a cheese quesidilla, again because I say«I’m a vegetarian, I’m not able to eat meat.» Okay, order is ready — here’s your chicken quesidilla. So I go back and we clarify and I’m not worried… just hungry. My order comes up and in comes a cheese quesidilla with… suprise… no melted cheese. really funny After the final quesidilla comes in, it’s actually really good. Realllly good :) But ya. I would have given this taco bell a 5 but come on… I was clear… and it’s pretty rude when the cooks think I’m being difficult and start joking with the cashier. A bit immature for the night.

I hadn’t eaten in a Taco Bell for years and was slightly excited to try it again. After eating one bite of my gordita, I remembered why I stopped eating at Taco Bell. Pepsi — you should be ashamed of the food quality at Taco Bell. It’s cheap but definitely not good. The manager seemed pleasant and was working at a cash register but he didn’t make the food taste better.

The food is so bad. The only positive thing is that i haven’t thrown up yet. With all the great mexican food in the city… Even in the same neighborhood… Anyone who eats at this Taco Bell should be shot, hanged and murdered… I mean it.

It’s a Taco Bell, which is great. What’s not great is the prices this place charges. Every item is at least 50 cents overpriced, often more. Those commercials on TV for anything 99 cents? Expect to pay closer to $ 2 here. Manhattan location is not an excuse. 2 Brothers makes a good profit selling $ 1 Pizza in some of the most expensive neighborhoods. This is East Harlem, their rent can’t be THAT high.

I really wanted to like this place. Super convenient for me and ends the 5 yr long absence of Taco Bell in my life. But after a few visits I think I’ll just have to pass. Pros — still new so fairly clean Cons — poorly trained staff(please push me out of the way for the next customer AFTER you give me my receipt and change) — always long lines(why bother having 2 registers of you’re never going to use both) — constantly loses orders(a 30 min wait is NOT fast food) — large tv in front displaying the security camera feed(I don’t need to see everyone’s ass shown in wide screen) — food is hit or miss. Hope you like cold tacos and burritos But maybe I’ll return in a few months. Hopefully by then they’ll have their act together.
