I would really recommend avoiding this location at all costs and goto the one on 14^th street and 5^th ave instead. The employees here aren’t professional, they don’t care how they do their job and they are pretty annoyed to assist you with any inquires you may have.

The incompetence is at an all level high. Not only was I not taken right away but I did not have exact change for my deposit so I asked for the clerk to take it from my change order and she rolled her eyes. Why wasn’t that a simple task?

I needed an official printout of my latest statement immediately today so I took the trek to this location instead of going through the dog and pony show, which I was not in the mood for at the 14^th street & 5^th avenue location. BIG MISTAKE.
Upon entering the branch, we were eyeballed and sized up by a tiny asian woman and an equally tiny asian man who seemed to be the greeter — yet no greeting. not even a smile.
The teller ”Ish” was friendly as well as chatty, which was refreshing. I also purchaed a gift card as a christmas gift and needed to pay for a replacement key for my safe deposit box, which I was told over the phone before arriving would be $ 7 and no problem to change. Well… it was a problem. 4 people behind the counter and NO ONE willing to do the transaction for me as Ish did not have the level of authority to do so.
As a Chase Private Client, I expect good service — if not excellent care, NOT the crap they provide you with here. I plan to close my account within the next few days.
Kick rocks TD. Chase will purchase you too. real soon.

It is 9:20 in the morning and this marks now the second week in a row where I deposited my paycheck and this TD branch says that I didn’t (I have the deposit slip and paystub, thank you), thus putting a double hold on my account leaving my balance as a negative amount. But why would you clear the entire amount for two days, then take it away and double hold my account? (Why would you do that on my birthday???) After calling the branch and realizing that they have no idea what’s going on at any point of the day, I spoke with a woman on their 24-​hr customer service line. She was extremely helpful, kind and patient and had the head teller of my branch call me to figure out why my check was never processed. I spoke to the head teller for a second and asked her to stay on the line with me while I looked at my account, but she hung up. Upon calling back, I learned that the ATM at which I deposited my check at has been malfunctioning but they don’t put a note of it anywhere or turn it off because they love playing games with people. Keep in mind, this is the second time this has happened in 2 weeks.

Hey TD! Know what I hate about your service? I hate when you have 4 people standing behind the teller’s desk and only 2 are helping the public. Stop that.

My experience here yesterday summarizes why I generally avoid going inside the bank unless I absolutely had to. Unfortunately, I had to go in here since I had to take money out of a Passbook savings account and you can’t get money out of those without going inside the bank and presenting your passbook to the teller.
It also doesn’t help that we were STARVING TO DEATH when we were standing in line. I saw 4 people behind the desk standing around and some of them were doing NOTHING. No one acknowledged us and I was ready to walk right out the door considering this was not a critical transaction and I despise any place that refuses to acknowledge you.
The only reason this place gets two stars is that the service we got was fine and the greeter wished us well when we left.
