Everyone needs this training. It always surprises me and impresses me the caliber of students that have attended the class. I say things to myself like, «why does a manager of a hot NYC bar need to come to a social dynamics class? Doesn’t he already know this stuff?» The answer again and again is NO, he doesn’t. Everyone needs this training.
