The FLAG Art Foundation is a great bi-​level gallery (9th and 10th floor) worth checking out in the heart of the Chelsea gallery area. They also have a great balcony with a beautiful view and an in-​house bathroom. I haven’t been back here enough to know how consistent the artwork they display is but I saw an amazing show here called «Size Does Matter» that was curated by none other than Shaquille O’Neal that featured some amazing artists such as Ron Mueck and Willard Wigan. Their hours are pretty limited (Wed-​Sat 12−4pm) but if you’re in the area during those times it’s definitely a gallery worth checking out.
