First experience at this spa .had great session massage with John. The place was very clean definitely will go back.

bad expérience, i need thai massage and provide oil massage, i think they didn t know the difference so i just say at the reception it wasn t t hai, he answer, sorry i mistake, but finaly i paid for oil, more expensive. then say me give 20% tips obligatory, finaly i paid much more than expected and didn t have what i asked. the masseur don t speak english, just ask if all is ok and when you speak never understand and never answer. however the place is clean, the room lock need renovation. i won t come back, we can have better service for much more less value. never again…

A review from 2012 says it’s smelly. Obviously the place has been renovated since 2012, because it is nice, clean, even a little bit swanky. I walked in with no appointment and had a great 1-​hour massage, a shower before and after, in the very nice new locker room.

I have been a customer off and on for about a year and a half. The last five visits, my therapist was Ivan. I found out today that Ivan was gone, so I booked anyway. My therapist today was Marco. The massage started out a little harder than I normally like, but he adjusted the pressure an it was spot on! I extended my massage time from an hour to ninety minutes. Marco was very quiet, had little to say I think, but did an excellent job and I recommend this little dynamo.
The spa itself is nice. Other than massages, I have had one facial and one manicure. They have a variety of packages that will save you some money. I truly recommend it, the staff is friendly and helpful.
By the way, I can easily say that the bathroom/​changing room has always been clean and odor free when I have been there. Not sure about the other reviews that said it stunk.

I went in this week to rid myself of the hair on my back! Yes I got waxed!!! Michael is very professional and is great at making you feel comfortable. 2 Thumbs up for Michael!!! The Spa was clean and showers were available before and after my treatment. The front staff were very nice and friendly. I will be back soon!!!

went for a walk-​in massage took 1 hr wasn’t that good expected more the guy didn’t know what he is really doing from what I have read though it might be much more better … But the staff is nice a welcoming

I go for massages every few weeks… always a good massage but I wish they had a better locker room area.

Went there twice. Meh. Steam room still not working. Locker room tiny with absolutely no hooks (and I don’t mean there’s just a few — there are NONE). Massage OK.

This was horrible. The lounge (change room) smelt like a locker room and there were dirty towels on the floor and no robes. He told me to use a towel and wrap it around me. Strike one.
I booked a deep tissue massage & a manicure and when I went to my room the table had no sheets or covers– only a towel. My masseuse came in as I entered and couldn’t speak a word of English, only broken words. Long story short, I get on the table and he begins. He is breathing heavily and is being very loud with his footwork. He keeps asking me in a loud voice okay? Okay? throughout the entire massage. He then proceeds to tell me that it’s his first day. Great! He asked me if it was too hard and I said no you can go harder. He said oh softer! No I said harder. All in all it was a mediocre massage. Whatever. Then the manicure was the ice breaker. This guy had no clue what he was doing. I’m pretty sure this was the first manicure he had ever attempted. Mind you this is the same guy that gave me the butt naked massage.
I would say spend the extra money at a well respected spa and for a manicure don’t spend the extra money and go to the 10 dollar place around the corner from your apt. I had to have them redo my manicure immediately after and the woman said «oh cuticles no good»

This place is great. I go once a week. I little sanctuary right in the middle of the madness that is NYC. All the guys there are great. The rooms are comfy and warm during the cold weather right now. I appreciate the showers to use after the massage. Definitely worth checking this place out!

Went back for a second visit. Equally as good as the first. Still 4 stars.
