Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady that was«helping» me. Just walked away and left me talking. When I asked her a question she ignored me and pretended to be doing something else. Maybe it’s the fact that we are a military family and they are not use to seeing different ethnicities around the area. Whatever the case we won’t be going back.

I’ve always been a USPS kinda person but due to circumstance and the terrible USPS in Manhattan I was forced to go to UPS. Fortunately, I had a really positive experience. The lady who worked there was very kind and was really helpful in getting my packages to where they needed to be. Despite how expensive it was, it was definitely easy.

Business service is efficient and what you would expect for this type of store. Customer service on the other hand is lacking in the friendly department — felt like I was bothering them. Might give it one more chance and hope that the girls working were just having an off day. If the customer service is sub par next time — I will go back to FedEx store. Customer service is VERY important people!!!

I drop off packages at this UPS Store whenever I need to return items from online shopping. The staff is great about asking if I want a receipt! There is a bit of a wait around lunch time and 6PM, but the service is efficient.
