The salespeople were nice and helpful but they overcharge on their products. The masks I bought were $ 24 each but oo35mm right next door had them for $ 12. Amazon had them for $ 12 as well. My fault for being compulsive.

I was passing by the store and received samples at the door! Great way to get me interested. Like all of Asia, the salespersons will follow behind you in order to recommend and answer any questions you may have. It may feel like they are suspicious of you but it is just a cultural difference in customer service. It makes you feel high class and important.

If you’re into Korean beauty products, you’ll be in heaven in this store. I’m really into Asian skincare so this place was right up my alley! My only complaint are the salespeople. The Yeon has some of the pushiest salespeople I’ve ever encountered(and I used to shop at Lush, so that’s saying something). I’ll be followed all around the store, and then when I ask a question about a specific product I’ll usually have a whole other product(usually from The Yeon’s in-house line) pushed on me instead. One time I went in looking for a very specific ingredient and the salesgirl had no clue what I was talking about and tried to get me to buy something completely unrelated. I would love shopping at The Yeon more if the salespeople left me alone. I think I’ll stick to shopping at oo35mm instead.
