Teresa is a thoughtful, caring, and insightful therapist. She knows when to listen and when to ask the kind of questions that get you thinking. She will work with you to get you «unstuck» and help you identify and work thru problems. She’s been great in helping me break out of unhealthy patterns and develop healthier solutions.
