I tried this place after reading the other review. Live in town so it is extremely close. Sad to say the customer service is lacking, the turn around time for a few shirts was almost four-five days, and the cost is higher than normal. I was asked to come on a specific day to retrieve a shirt, got there and she couldn’t find it. Asked me to come back in a few hours. I asked her to turn around and there it was within arms reach of her. She acted like this was a huge request and put off that I saw it. Sorry but you lost our business to shops in New Lenox. Won’t be going back.

Do not go!!! I took a brand new Navy white uniform in to be pressed. When I picked it up there where multiple stains all over. I left it to be fixed. When I picked up the second time there where still stains on it and they had scrubbed so hard that the polyester became frayed and little balls formed from the frays. I have tried to get the owner Ronnie acknowledge that he ruined it as a military uniform, but he says it’s not. He is making me jump through hoops just for him to submit my jacket to be reviewed to see if it is ruined by some entity in DC. If they say he ruined it he will then have his insurance pay for only 1⁄3 of the cost of the jacket. I can’t believe that this is happening to a brand new US Navy uniform. Do not go here, and spread the word.
