The girl that helped me today was very friendly and interactive. She showed me pieces that fit my personal style and didn’t try to just push the most expensive peices on me. The only sad thing about coming here is that most of the stuff that I see on the website has already sold out as they carry limited stock.

I went here with a few friends not too long ago, and we had the most wonderful experience! We made sure to have on the appropriate attire to be permitted to try on skirts and dresses(essentially, make sure you have on at least a t-shirt, or preferably a blouse!), and the women were more than accommodating! I’m a HUGE fan of Sex Pot Revenge, and my friend adores Baby The Stars Shine Bright, so it was amazing to finally get to try on pieces in person. The prices are incredibly reasonable, considering the cost of importing(essentially, everything is sold at 100 yen= 1USD). There are a bunch of affordable t-shirts as well if you want something somewhat kooky and very Japan. My friend and I will be returning in a few weeks so that I can find a nice blouse for my first gothic lolita co-ord, so I’ll post about that trip as well. Overall, we had an AMAZING visit, and are more than excited to go again!

Very friendly staff, although the dresses they usually have in store most of the times are the less popular ones that are on sale or going to be on sale.

I get that the dresses are one of a kind and that justifies the higher end prices… However… Remember that scene in pretty woman where the snobby store owner wouldn’t let Julia try on clothes in a most unkind and snobby way… Well, double that! As much as I love to support local shops in the city(screw Amazon!) but in this case the internet wins. I will not be coming back.

If Lolita or Girly cute Japanese, Harajuku style is your thing, then you have to check out Toyko Rebel. The staff is so sweet and accommodating and were happy to show me items that I may have overlooked. Even if your style isn’t strictly Lolita they have a lot of cute tote bags, stockings, socks, purses and necklaces that are still very girly but not as dramatic as Lolita fashion. If you’re looking for a little slice of the Harajuku district visit Tokyo Rebel

Very lolita oriented. They had a few punk items and Alice in Wonderland inspired items, such as stickers and tights. When we walked in, I was a bit surprised with how small it was, but they worked that space well. The music was right in line with the theme and the staff were friendly. That made me happy as I looked like I was just stopping in off the streets(I was), and probably had no real interest in purchasing anything there. But their attitudes made me definitely want to return and purchase something there. A+! It’s a little gem and if you have time, you should definitely visit the spot. It looks like those of all types could find something they like and that’s unique in that shop.

The woman working there helped me generously with choosing pieces to start building my punky visual kei-inspired wardrobe!

Lovely store with Alice and the Pirates, Baby the stars shine bright, and more! Reasonable prices and more than helpful staff. There was no pressure to buy and the experience was calm. They had a wide variety of merchandise. Can’t wait to return.
