Terrible. DO NOT GET KEYS MADE HERE. i had to go back 4 times still didnt work. No apologies terrible customer service. Do not know how to cut a key. Went elsewhere key worked right away. Slow. Do not care. Avoid.

I would not recommend. I asked for a quart of flat paint for a touchup. While he matched the color correctly, he gave me semi gloss which I didn’t realize until I got home, so could not return. Also, paint prices are very high — double other paint stores in the area.

Terrible customer service but what else can you do when it’s one of the only hardware stores nearby that sells Benjamin Moore paints?

Not only their prices are exorbitant (in fact exactly double than Brooklyn), but more importantly the staff is clueless about their products, while pretending to be experts.

I would recommend Janovic over TriBeCa Paint all day long. To paint my apartment I need 10 gallons of paint. I asked Janovic for a volume discount and they offered 15% on 10 gallons. When I asked TriBeCa Paint to price match they begrudgingly said they would but need «proof in writing». I suggested they call themselves to verify but they refused.
Janovic clearly values my business more. I’ll go out of my way to use them and avoid TriBeCa Paint.

I went to Tribeca Paint Hardware & Home for window blinds for large loft windows. They had a wide selection of high quality blinds. The ones that I was interested in were on display in the store and the person who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I took home several color samples to see how they would look in my place and once I decided on the style and color the store arranged to have the installer come to my apartment for measurements. Since my windows are large and not perfectly aligned I was happy to have an experienced installer come to take measurements and later have the same indivdual install the blinds. He was very professional, neat, efficient, and did a great job. Overall Tribeca Paint Hardware & Home really came through. They were very professional and my confidence in them was rewarded; I have terrific looking blinds that work exactly as they are suppose to. I highly reccomend Tribeca Paint Hardware & Home for window blinds.
