Vince Camuto

I bought a pair of Vince Camuto shoes at Century 21. They completely fell apart… the top of the shoe came apart from the bottom of the shoe. I contacted customer service at Vince Camuto and they basically said since I bought them someplace else it was my problem. They don’t stand by their product and they are very very cheaply made. They are made to come apart after afew wears. Avoid and spend your money on better made shoes.

I order the majority of shoes and clothing over internet and never had I had to deal with such slow crediting of account with such a well known retailer.

I have shopped Vince Camuto online and got better service, The store in the Grand Central Station is poorly managed and the sales associates are not trained.
They push and push an item and do not know anything about it,
I have had better luck online and way better service, For a Flagship to be this poorly run by a staff who is clueless on expensive bags and shoes,
Take your business elsewhere as they just dont get it !
My friend bought a bag and shoes and I bought shoes that fell apart in one wear.
So as the bags are fairly nice I rather buy online as the online staff treat you very professionally.
Too bad a nice store run by clueless staff from management down.

alert !!! their return policy is equally bad with the quality of their shoes. i bought the ”vacilla” boots. trying them on at the store for few minutes seemed ok. when i wore them, the elastic back of the boot, which meets with a knife like black suede detail, scratched the back of my leg on top of the heel !!! it penetrated my socks and tore them too. very painful !!! after 4 hours i started bleeding. the boot was defective. i called them to let them know (grand central location), i took the boots back (within the month) and they didn’t give me a full refund but a store credit, cause the boots were worn. of course i wore
would i experience the defect and the pain ?? in their website, they clearly state that if they review the item & it’s defective, they refund. though, at the store the service is like, if you are not here to buy, leave us alone. no intention of keeping the customer or minimizing the negativity. just sales. their leathers are low quality, hard and in general they accessorize their goods to make them inviting. very cheap quality. i wouldn’t buy even flip flops from camuto. i lost $ 160 but they will loose much more if they don’t improve in quality and customer service.

Prices are good for the quality. Staff was super friendly they even gladly explained the company’s history. Will be back great location

I had the best customer service experience at Vince Camuto this morning. About 3 weeks ago, I bought a pair of gold sandals there and was super disappointed when they started falling apart. I called the store and Paula offered to get me a new pair from a different location. She was so kind and helpful. And I’m kinda obsessed with these sandals, so I was REALLY glad to get a new pair. I will definitely be a regular at Vince Camuto from now on. Thank you, Paula!

Seriously Vince Camuto? You don’t accept online orders in the store? What is this 2008? I guess customer service is pretty low on your priority list.

I love a good sale and Vince Camuto is offering just that in the Grand Central Terminal. Its just convenient for someone commuting from the BK or wherever to pick up some sparkly shoes for a decent price with decent quality. Can’t go wrong there!

I ordered my wife’s christmas gift in October, online. It was a size too small, when trying to exchange for a larger size the answer I got was sorry we can’t take them back you purchased over a month ago. Yeah, she got it at christmas and I paid full price, I’m not asking for a refund, just a larger size. I am very dissapointed, my wife has a $ 500.00 pair shoes that do not fit. I will never purchase anything from Vince Camuto again!

Stellar customer service, everyone is very friendly and attentive, I’ve been in there several times and the service is consistently good, and I’ve loved most of the shoes there. There’s a really wide variety of styles, I can find good work shoes, good play shoes and everything in between. I’m not one for purses or clothing, but they are all stylish and eye-​catching. Love the sunglasses and jewelry. Pretty good place for shopping!

You must come lust at the shoes in this store. Yeah, they are a bit overpriced but you can really find a nice pair of shoes in this place. Very flirty and sexy. I mean this place takes advantage of the people cgoing in and out of Grand Central Station and may need a pair of shore fast. Drop a few hundreds dollars and you can have a mean pair of shoes.
Now the staff is kinda distant but snatch one up thinking you are going to buy a pair and you’ll get all the help you’ll need.

service is good at this store. The manager ordered a pair of shoes that I thought were no longer available. She called me to update me on delivery every step of the way and within 24 hours I was able to purchase the exact pair that has been sold out everywhere for weeks. (the signature pump with the gold toe cap). I am very grateful. Her name was Jayne, she was very professional and helpful and informed.

I bought a pair of killer heels and two purses for Christmas.
Affordable for great style.

Nice looking products, but the staff is extremely disorganized and under trained.
Long story short, an associate lied about the return policy, then handled an exchange wrong such that when I went back to pick up a pair of shoes they were holding, they couldn’t find the original pair I brought back, or the new ones. All I had was my receipt and a hand written post it note with a managers name scribbled on it, who claimed that was all I needed to pick up my shoes on hold and would process the return at that point. Yes, my fault for not demanding proper documentation, but I assumed they knew what they were doing.
I got tired of waiting after they kept me there for 40 minutes as they tried to find both pairs and called other employees for help. Apparently I couldn’t even get a refund because they lost both pairs in the storage room…
Took another 20 mins to convince them to refund my money. Almost done… no, they wouldn’t accept my credit card which replaced the one I used on original purchase, and later was stolen. Told me it was a federal crime for them to accept the other card. I offered to share my old card number but didn’t think that would properly credit, and offered to let them copy my new card. Nope. I eventually called Citibank so they could tell these managers how to do their job.
Another 10 mins later, they finally believed Citi.
For a flagship store, they really didn’t bother to pick quality sales reps.

I don’t like posting bad reviews and I honestly waited for a while so that my review would not be driven by anger and frustration.
It is unacceptable to LIE TO COSTUMERS especially when your store is new. And this is what happened in my case.
I ordered a pair of wonderful boots and I was told that they would be there in 5 days. When I called 7 days later, they told me that they would definitely arrive in 5 additional days. This happened a third time. The boots never came.
So, what I want to say, if you find the shoe you want in-​store, take it. If they say they’ll «order» it for you and make you PAY IN ADVANCE, don’t bother.
