This place is definitely legit. They are not pushy on trying to get you to a specific brand. They really do want to help you get to the goals you set for yourself. They have a solid grasp on nutrition and overall fitness that it is almost too much information. The price is just right and the supplements they sell can help beginners all the way to competitive athletes.
The best part of the entire business is the fact that they will ship anywhere. This is very helpful for soldiers like me that move around a lot. If you have any question at all, they do not talk down at you or make you feel stupid. They patiently talk you through and answer all your questions. I can definitely say they have made me a believer that some people still care about helping others rather than just making money.
