Food was yummy, but kids milk cost $ 3(kind of pricey). We had a the burger, and the bacon relish was very good on it. Great atmosphere.

We’ve stayed at the Warehouse Hotel 3 weekends over the past 6 months and part of the reason we enjoy it so much is because of the onsite Forklift restaurant. The NY Strip Steak with the Guinness horseradish demi-glaze is superb; and we were surprised the Pasta Bolognese was so good in the otherwise good-Italian-food-desert of northern Lancaster County. Kids’ menu also rocks with Buttered Noodles, Mac & Cheese, & Chicken Fingers. Solid beer selection; Troegs & local drafts. Also, the breakfast buffet can’t be beat(Sat & Sunday only). Bonus: Sit by the windows to the left and enjoy the world’s fattest groundhog lumbering on the hill at sunset, chased by hackling red wing blackbirds. Makes Punxsutawney Phil look like a diminutive chipmunk. (Can’t give Forklift a 5th star ‘cuz very slow service for our most recent breakfast).

Stayed at the Warehouse and needed a quick night snack, got the wings and a smoked turkey club. The food was solid and the service was avg. I’ll give them a second chance.

The décor and location are unique. Food is delicious. Portions and prices unfortunately are not appropriate. I have eaten here three or four times and have never left full but always feel over charged. If they’re successful, God bless um, but I(in my limited understanding) highly encourage adding more than five entrees in the $ 10 – 15 dollar range. Five options is just too narrow.

Very disappointed. We are members of the adjoining Spooky Nook Sports complex. After our Saturday morning workout we decided to get breakfast here. We were seated right away. There were 4 other tables being served. We sat waiting for someone to wait on us. We knew what we wanted we just needed someone to take our order. One waitress looked over at us three different times but never came over or acknowledged us. After waiting almost 10 mins we left. We told the 2 people at the hostess station why we were leaving they just looked speechless. Prices were high, not sure how good the food is. Don’t waste your time.

I would rate less than 1 star if possible. The restaurant and bar are operated as poorly as any I have been in. We(wife and I) decided to stop in on a Wednesday evening. We were kid free and thought we would check out a local watering hole. The bar was busy with a function that was in the adjoining hotel. The place was severely understaffed. Total lack of attention and focus on guest service. We waited an extended time to get served. Who is completing the schedules? The food was typical«bar» type. The wings were fatty. The burger I ordered was less than stellar as it looked out of place on the large bun. They did not have pickles available. No big deal, but you are selling burgers. I could go on and on… it is disappointing that this place is not operated to the potential. Especially in a growing area. Will not return… will not recommend. Get your act together!

I was disappointed I ordered Mac n cheese and Cesar salad. The mac n cheese was Kraft and they gave me fries instead. The order was a 7 $ order for Kraft which is usually 2.50 at the grocery store. Granted I got the kids meal I was disappointed they messed up the order and it wasn’t flavorful Mac n cheese. The fries were very good salt and peppered but I didn’t order them.

Food at dinner was terrific. Kale salad. Beet salad, even the bread. Service was very good for dinner. Lunch today was too busy to get a table or get a servers attention at the bar. Otherwise we were very surprised at how good it all was, certainly a restaurant we would go to, not a ‘normal’ hotel restaurant!

We wanted to pick up some dinner so we decided to place an order over the phone. Amy was very attentive, answered all our questions, and did not rush us when placing the order. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the burger. Both orders came with fries. The fries were delicious. I think they are fried in peanut oil, but not sure. They are seasoned well with sea salt. Very tasty! The burger was amazing! I like my burger medium cooked. It was perfect. The fried onions and cheese just complimented the burger so well! The chicken sandwich — we didn’t really touch it. The chicken was somewhat dry. Even though it was well condimented, after tasting the burger, we couldn’t eat the chicken sandwich.

The best happy hour — half priced apps and drinks! Plus they have 2 $ beer special all day. Bartenders are fast and friendly and the facility is always very clean. For being attached to a gym/sport complex/warehouse hotel it’s immaculate. The burgers are amazing. Their French fries are hand cut. I love their salads and the wings are really good. They also have heavier faire like bone in Delmonico steak and pastas. I’ve never tried their breakfasts. But their lunch and dinners are the best in the area.

Food was very good, and service was fast. Really nice atmosphere. We had the burger and baby kale salad, and the chicken fettuccine. Both were excellent.

We came down to Lancaster from NYC for the weekend and were so lucky to find this place! Really, really good food, good beer, wine, and drink section and fantastic service. We were here during a tournament weekend and never had to wait. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, so we had a chance to sample quite a bit from the menu. Everything we had was delicious. I especially like the salmon with cheddar grits. Heaven! Dessert, my favorite course, was also delicious. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be returning.

This was our third time here and have to say we won’t be back. We tried to give them a few chances because they were so new and we had a decent meal the first two times but yesterday evening the food and the wait times were horrendous. We sat down around 7 and waited for an hour and a half without water, bread, no appetizers or salads, only cocktails. When the food finally started coming out, the ceaser salad had huge chunks of cheese that overwhelmed the lettuce, the Mediterranean fish was over cooked and bone dry, steak was almost raw, nowhere near medium rare and everything including the potatoes and vegetables was so heavily salted it was almost inedible. Such a shame, décor is really cool, we really wanted to like this place.

This place is shit. We’re got there at 7 and didn’t get bread on the table until 840. I’m speaking literally. I was texting a friend to try and get a ride out of here. And I got an appetizer and it was underwhelming.

Great building! Industrial look in Spooky Nook complex. Good beer selection and delicious food with generous portions. Reasonably priced too.

I could not have asked for a better experience planning a team dinner. Tim and his staff were excellent. Food was great and they were very accommodating for our kids. Despite not advertising a kids menu they did offer kid friendly friendly food(chicken fingers and Mac n cheese). And looking for a very attentive and personal bar tender look no further than Joe! All in all great experience. Oh and breakfast was very good too!

What a great addition to the area! We have fallen in love with this place! The food is delicious! The key to this place(if you are not at the Nook for a tournament) is to come where there is no tournament… it is empty! The atmosphere is fantastic! We have been here the past few weekend and have get to be disappointed! The only thing is that they advertise some killer happy hour specials but they are only available if you eat at the bar(which you cannot do if you bring a kiddo). Last night, we asked about the special followed by 3 other tables and all parties pouted when the server left. It would be awesome if they extended the special on non-tournament nights and would surely draw in the locals to fill up the empty seats!
