The best used car experience I’ve ever had. No pressure, and honest.

Great family owned import dealer. I guess because they’re down the road from the dealer auctions, they can swing some great prices! Their salesman and son, Ritchie, made the whole buying process go really smoothly. He gave me a better deal than any other place, prior to me having seen the car (which turned out to be in pristine condition and exactly what I was looking for). When I showed up to test drive it, he was really genuine and personable — tossed me the keys and told me to take as long as I want. When I bought the car, the whole family showed up and I gotta say, I’m really happy that my money went to these guys!
Note: If you need an auto loan, you’ll have to secure that on your own (usually a better option anyway), since they are too small to have a finance department.

Bought two cars so far from this company and I have referred countless others. I have never had a single problem, never been or felt oversold, and the cars have been problem free. May seem crazy for a car company, but they get the highest marks from my family!

Top notch! I am one of those people who dreads going to buy a car or anything that requires negotiation. But at the same time I want the level of service you get from a family run business. I tried some bigger car dealerships and they weren’t how I like to do business. I found out about Lancaster Car Co through a friend and tried them out 4 years ago. I have since purchased two cars from them and have had a great experience every time. Ritchie is a class act and will give you the space and time to make a smart decision. I never once felt rushed and he was able to answer all my questions. I am definitely not an easy customer, but he never seemed annoyed. The kicker about Lancaster Car Co is their location. They happen to be right next to the largest auto auction in the world and I am pretty sure that is why they are able to their get prices so low. Its nice knowing that if there is a problem or an issue that I can call Ritchie directly and he will take care of it. Something you won’t get at some scumbag dealership.

Our family just brought home a used minivan from Lancaster Car Company. We are extremely pleased with the service we got, and the deal was exceptionally good too. Every other car dealer offered this kind of vehicle for a few thousand more than what we paid, and the trade value we were given exceeded what we were offered elsewhere. Paperwork was a breeze, and our salesman Ritchie was always friendly and helpful without being pushy. He even helped me by appointment on a holiday! These folks go out of their way to make you happy. I can’t remember a time when I had this good an experience from a used car dealer.
