First time trying Micks. Not likely to return despite the convenient location. It took nearly an hour to get the food. Food was average. There are many other places in the area to get pub food, which tastes better than what you will get at Micks. It wasn’t terrible. It just wasn’t worth the wait.

Backed up kitchen lead to the worse service ever at the Manheim/Mt. Joy location. No one came to talk to us and explain why we waited 30 minutes for appetizers and 30 minutes for our food. When we did finally speak to a manager(which was another 10 minute wait) she didn’t seem to care. There was no compensation just excuses. Sad to say we were frequent customers, but now we won’t be back and certainly won’t recommend to anyone.

Solid pub fare. Meatloaf was tasty and many at the table raved about the blackened chicken salad.

This new Mick’s just opened and it’s our first trip here, arrived in time for happy hour 4−6pm. 3 dollars off apps and 1 off drinks, not a bad deal. We had the pub fries, fresh cut covered in chili, cheese, and bacon. My husband cleared the plate, they were good. Got can’t go wrong with bacon! Tuesday is $ 5.00 off a 14 inch pizza. We added bacon(again) and onions. It wasn’t anything special but it’s pizza. Our service was great, Olivia was our waitress and she was super nice. All in all it was a good dinner at a less than 20 bucks! We’ll be back for sure. On a side note, it’s new and after happy hour got super busy. Plenty of room to wait and there’s always the bar to kill sometime. There’s also an outside area with 2 TVs I’m sure will be open once the weather warms up!
