I’ll admit. I was one of those jerk customers who came screeching into the parking lot so I could make it into the store with barely 5 minutes to close. Despite that, the woman who waited on me greeted me instantly with a smile and great customer service. I was only there for a replacement remote but I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience for even a second. She even answered my silly questions as though they werent ones she’s heard a million times(though I’m sure they are). Having worked in the service industry, I know how frustrating it is when someone walks in last minute and for this woman to treat me as though I was the first customer of the day definitely stood out to me.

If you can avoid dealing with Charter at all do so. Terrible company, terrible customer service & terrible prices. Just another huge cable company monopoly. Constantly changing/upgrading/updating which ALWAYS ends up costing customers more $ with LESS choices and LESS input.
