Before tonight, I would rate this location a solid 4 stars. Now? One star because of a wait time that was at least double what was quoted over the phone. I would have waited even longer if I didn’t wait in front of the register for my take out order. The woman in front of me was returning her delivery order because it was wrong, and the manager was not able to meet her (or my) expectations. Busy holiday weekend or not, this was the most disorganized mess I’ve ever experienced at this location. I may follow her lead and never return.

The service was prompt and friendly, the food was good, and the price was reasonable. You can always count on a Pizza Hut being in a small town in northern Michigan. That’s a good thing in my book.

Newport, MI
Great Pizza Hut. Service was quick and friendly. Food was hot and really good, especially the breadsticks. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick, tasty meal in the area.
