The Co-op had a lot of great pieces, though everything was expensive – for the most part. The local artists clearly have a lot of talent and there were definitely pieces I wish I could have taken home with me. There is pottery in the back that is sold by the pound. Each piece is labeled with a colored sticker that correlates to the dollars per pound. If you are looking for investment pieces while traveling, this is a good place to start.

This place is an impressive display of multiple artists from around the Colorado area. Great amount of pottery, all kinds from different artists with different tastes. You will totally find something in the pottery section that you love. They also have hand done glass ceramic pieces, a little on the pricey end but a complete show stopper. People would stop in awe if you had one of these pieces in your house or apartment. Beautiful water colors as well photographs for purchase. Unique knic knacs all hand made. My favorite, the jewelery section. At least 20 different artists showing earrings, bracelets, pins, and necklaces. Keep in mind that a lot of work goes into these items so the prices reflect that. There are a lot items in the lower price range that really caught my eye, and I will admit I walked out of the store with them, after paying of coarse. What got my attention was a whole display to an artist that did chain mail type work something Sam(the boyfriend) appreciates and does by hand as well. I was immediately intrigued and took a picture to show the intricate work. I walked away with two pairs of earrings and a pin. Mom ended up getting an unique string of beads that made her eyes sparkle. The woman working behind the counter was very knowledgeable and knew quite a bit about the local artists and what they did for a living and how they got into pottery or jewelry. I really enjoyed hearing the stories behind their work. This place is 90 minutes out of the way for me and I would make the trip to come back here and enjoy the ever changing items for purchase.

Wow… not fair. Do not come here if you cannot afford to buy beautiful art and pottery ~ it’s like a slow torture. As I walked in and out of the displayed goodies, I felt my heart breaking ~ knowing that it would not be responsible to sacrifice a utility bill payment for pottery and art. This space has so much to offer! — paintings — sculptures — pottery — jewelry — glass and woodwork — art art art I froze in front of a display of painted glass. The gentleman working the counter(not sure if he was the artist or not) came over and described the process and background of the pieces. I really enjoyed the lesson and gained a great appreciation for the work. It’s amazing to know that everything in here has a story and a hard working local artist behind it. Side note: we had received some pottery from here for our wedding. If you are looking for a unique gift and want to give something that the couple will treasure forever, shop here. To this day it is our favorite wedding gift.
