I normally don’t write negative reviews. But I am very unhappy with what got pulled on me! I called two days ago and spoke with a manager about returning a outfit which I needed for a job, but later found out I won’t need it after all. His exact words over the phone were (as long as you clean it and have the receipt, you can return it) So as I take it there to return it, I’m told that (not only do I need more than the receipt, but also they can’t take it back because it’s been washed) aka (cleaned) Pretty shady move to pull that kind of garbage! Not cool! What’s ironic is, I have about 900 dollars worth of spending I’m in charge of through my job and was planning on doing all of it there at CnS. However, after the shady actions that they pulled. I’ll be doing my shopping elsewhere for now on! :) If anyone is reading this. If you buy something at this place, don’t expect loyalty from this company. Because they will pull tricks to get out of returning clothes… That was my first time shopping for this place, and it will also be my last… very displeased with this company…

This is a nice store. The staff for the most part is friendlt and helpful. The prices are decent, but occasionally kind of high. The head female cashier is rude though.
