shitty service off the bat. very dissatisfied with the store manager. her name is Pat and I had asked for a certain boot on the more expensive side in perspectives that I really wanted to purchase but was downgraded to a much lesser value and different color that I didn’t like. she told me that she «knows what she’s doing and to let her do her job» in a very snappy voice. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store again and think that Pat shouldn’t have a job through this company considering that she has poor customer service and doesn’t use her time wisely when I caught her texting and on the phone while I wanted to purchase a pair of boots. now I’m definitely considering to let her ponder on the boots she ordered for me that if I’m going to buy them or not?

This is a great place to buy boots, shoes, and apparel! The staff is very friendly, and knowledgable, and they have a great selection. Red Wings aren’t the cheapest around, but they’re made to last, and that’s what I want.

Great service! I have bought three pairs of boots from there over the years! Friendly, funny, and very informative staff! Tell them what you do and they will point you in the right direction for boots! Love every minute I’m there! This is how customer service should be!
